Concrete Runoff Manhole

An orange vent piope rises over a concrete pipe pipe with a manhole cover. This is part of the system that allegedly collects the water that squeezes out of The Dump. This water is not clean, to say the least. Obviously, not all of the runoff is collected by this system.
